Mover / Team Leader/ General Laborer
A mover can make $20/hr. and more with incentives and tips. Incentives are tied to jobs performed/company profitability, all while learning how a business is run. You will walk away from this job with more than a paycheck because community equity and growth are what we teach. The job requires the following:
Job Requirements:
Moving experience.
Must know how to pack and load a truck.
Must know how to wrap and protect furniture.
Must be able to lift over 40 pounds repeatedly.
Must have great communication skills.
Must know how to work well with others and help motivate the team.Monday through Sunday and occasionally Saturdays and Sundays when needed or wanted.
Part-Time Administrative Assistant
The Administrative Assistant will report to the Owner. They will assist the company in all facets of administrative responsibilities. Because Urbanity Development is a fast-growing startup, the future Administrative Assistant must be able to evaluate and create back office business processes alongside the owner.
General Responsibilities:
Assist with back office administrative processes
Send out email blast to our customer base regularly
Assist with scheduling for staff and customers
Verify all invoice confirmation
Organize and pull financial reports monthly and quarterly
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
1-3 years of related work experience is preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Organized with attention to detail
Ability to work independently on an assignment
Ability to work collaboratively as a member of a team
Ability to work remotely
